If your item does not arrive in time as promised at check out, please contact us on 01325 333346 or the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for International). What happens if I do not receive my goods? If you notice any damage on the package or if you think it has been mishandled always sign as “damaged”. If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you have received, you may return it to us for a full refund any time up to 30 days after you have received the goods providing the goods are unused and still have their original packaging. What if there is a problem with my product? Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?Īs a security measure to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we will only dispatch items to the address where your credit/debit card is registered or if paying via PayPal to your PayPal registered address. You can then either collect your items from your local depot, whose address will be on the card, or alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. If you are unable to be home when we deliver the courier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your package while you were out. What happens if I’m out when you deliver? Small items and orders less than £100 are usually sent via Royal Mail, however you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service if you wish. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours! Our back-office systems are fully integrated with our couriers which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. If your order is over £100 or a heavy item, it will usually be delivered by DHL Express.
